Queen B Athletics was founded in 2012 by sisters Aedín Corbyn and Bríd Ryan because they felt there was a need to develop a brand of sportswear designed primarily for women in sport. QueenB Athletics is about sport, highlighting through all our platforms the people who inspire us to play and of course, great kit!

Our goal is to create clothes that women in sport really want and a brand that highlights everyone in sport from people getting involved in casual exercise to Olympic athletes. Our models are athletes and the people who wear our kit. We also name our clothes after people who inspire us too so keep an eye out, our next collection might include your name!

Queen B Athletics is a Limited Company, registered in Ireland. Our registered address is Unit 5 Innovation Business Park, Kilnaglery Industrial Estate, Carrigaline, Co. Cork, Republic of Ireland. Our VAT registration number is 1114329KH.

This number may be given to our courier for delivery services. These details allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order.

Cancelling your order

If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice any time after your order has been placed, up until 7 working days from the day after you received you order.

You must notify us in writing of your wish to cancel the contract for your entire order under the regulations any time after your order has been placed, up until 7 working days from the day after you received you order. Email us at info@queenbathletics.com

We recommend that you record the delivery as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. Always keep a proof of sending receipt – it avoids any disputes if things go missing.

Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment under the Distance Selling Regulations.

All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to.

We will refund the full value of your order within 30 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation. If we do not receive the cancelled order, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.

Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order under the regulations if you give us formal written notice of cancellation any time after your order has been placed, up until 7 working days from the day after you received you order, as described above.

Returns

Making a return is easy. Send us an email telling us what you are returning and why. Reuse the envelope we sent your order in with the returns note and we will credit the card/payment method you used to buy from us. We do not cover the cost of postage to return the item.

Exchange

There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item.

Refunds

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card and will include postal costs for faulty items or for orders cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers.

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Queen B Athletics and may only be refunded as shop credit.

Queen B Policy

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Queen B tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Faulty Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced.

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our Queen B Athletics website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Permission to buy

We assume that if you are under 16 that you have the full permission of the credit/debit card holder to purchase from our site. We accept no responsibility for orders placed without the bill payers permission and any refunds/returns will be made at Queen B Athletics discretion.

How do I know which size to buy?

The most accurate way to find your size is to email us with the following information. The items you are interested in, your height, regular bra size (if buying sportsbras), clothes size top half and clothes size bottom half. With this information we will be able to help you as much as possible. We love to help and want to make your internet shopping as simple as possible. Email: info@queenbathletics.com

If you need to exchange, send it back to us. Provided we have the right size in stock we will replace it asap. Have a look at our returns policy and our terms and conditions for more details.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes we do. On the last page of the Shop.

Are you going to send me hundreds of emails if I sign up to a waitlist?

Absolutely not, we only email when the item you have requested or a similar item is back in stock. You can request to be removed from the waitlist at any time. Email: info@queenbathletics.com

Do you sell your products on any other websites?

The only place you can buy our kit is from us. If it isn’t sold on our website, it isn’t Queen B Athletics.
